SHIPPING TIME
All orders are processed as quickly as possible after being placed on our website.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability and periods of high demand.
Estimated delivery times are:
Spain
24–72 business hours
Europe
3–7 business days
Rest of the world
5–10 business days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand.
The shipping company used may vary depending on the destination and the most suitable delivery service available for each order.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
ODIS does not control these charges and cannot predict their exact amount, as customs policies vary depending on the destination country.
If customs charges apply, the relevant shipping carrier or local customs authority may contact the customer directly with instructions for payment or clearance.
Any delays caused by customs procedures are outside ODIS' direct control.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 15 natural days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and, where applicable, in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the customer's country and location, ODIS may provide a return shipping label, arrange a collection, direct the customer to a designated drop-off point, or provide alternative return instructions.
If ODIS arranges or provides the return shipment, the corresponding shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund.
