SHIPPING TIME

All our orders are processed the same day they are managed on our site web, unless the order has been registered on a holiday or weekend, in whose case will be processed the next business day. We always guarantee the delivery of your order, but promotions and offers Specials may be delayed due to high demand for our products.

The delivery time of our shipments varies according to your delivery location. In the case of our national shipments (Spain) there will be a delivery time of between 24/72 working hours, while in the case of international shipments this delivery time will be:

• Shipments to Europe: 1-5 working days.
• Rest of the world: 5-10 working days.

CUSTOMS

In turn, there may be countries where extra customs charges may apply, for which the customer will be responsible. Some of the areas that may have these additional charges are:
United Kingdom, Ireland, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Bouvet Island, Isle of Man, Iceland, Åland Islands, Faroe Islands, Jersey, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Mayotte, Montenegro, Norway, Reunion, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine + North America & South America.

In the event that these charges are applied, SEUR will notify the customer by e-mail.
