It features a white button closure, with three contrasting-colored sleeve buttons on each side, creating an asymmetrical silhouette due to the padded shoulders on the black side.

This design embodies the emotional extremes characteristic of bipolar disorder, reflecting the stark contrasts between the manic highs and depressive lows that define the condition. The black and white fabric represents the internal struggle, where moments of overwhelming darkness (despair) contrast sharply with fleeting flashes of clarity and exhilaration (the highs). The asymmetry in the design, particularly with the padded shoulders on one side and the contrasting buttons on the closure, symbolizes the imbalance and unpredictability experienced by individuals navigating these emotional extremes.
